Andrew Schilling
Managing Director
Andrew is seasoned professional who provides an experienced interface between the building services installation and construction teams. He is regarded by consultants, contractors, clients and end-users alike as an effective trouble-shooter and an expert in system design and commissioning management, with extensive site experience including NEC contract. Trained in both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines he
is able to converse and challenge at all levels to ensure that the team he leads are successful.

David Stone
Operations Manager
David has a strong commercial and technical background. He has led a number of major projects throughout his career. Before joining ENERCRET in 2018, David was the Project Operations Director for SSE Enterprise solutions. Previously David has owned his own
electrical & mechanical contracting and control panel business.

Joseph Lowry
Project Manager
Joseph joined our team through an employment scheme organised by Manchester City Council which provided candidates with work experience across a range of construction related businesses. He progressed through a mature apprenticeship, achieving the HNC and NVQ qualifications, as well a range of specialist modules. Joe has become an outstanding Project Manager who is respected by client and sub-contractor teams for his dedication and meticulous approach.

Hannah Schilling
Business & Marketing Manager
Hannah is our business manager with 8 years’ experience of working as a team leader in the National Health Service. There is no doubt she brings excellent organisation skills to an extremely fast paced working environment.
Hannah studied and qualified as a Level 3 business and administration manager which has brought structures and fresh ideas to the team. She is responsible for the day to day running of the business which includes, finance, administration and marketing.

Liam Humphries
Service Manager
Liam looks after our service operations. He is a highly experienced refrigeration and BMS controls engineer. Prior to joining BMS Consulting, Liam ran has own business providing commercial refrigeration installation and maintenance services.
He is also a highly skilled BEMS controls engineer, conversant with many of the leading automated control systems.
The combination of Liam’s controls and refrigeration knowledge makes him a highly valuable member of our team
Andrew Hughes
Technical Director
Andrew is an experienced building services engineer adept at leading projects through feasibility, detailed design, commissioning and validation. He has developed a robust understanding of design, building and energy management which has been gained in a diverse range of sectors including life sciences, food and historic buildings.
Since graduating at Loughborough University in July 1992. Andrew has worked for a variety of leading design practices where he has developed a wide knowledge of the building services industry. He has dedicated his time and career to the progressing technical developments within the industry.
Dr Stefan Wehinger
Engineering Director
Stefan is the Group Chief Executive but also works as the Engineering Director for ENERCRET Ltd.
Stefan provides a wealth of experience in renewable energy technologies and is recognised as an expert in the field throughout Europe.
He acts as a mentor to our design engineering team here in the United Kingdom and also provides a conduit to ENERPLAN, our in-house design expert team based in our Austrian head office.
Glenda Johnston
Business & Sustainability Leader
Glenda graduated from Salford University with a BSc Honours Degree in Social Policy in 2011.
During her studies, she developed a passion for social value which makes her ideally placed as our sustainability lead.
She has established our corporate partnership with the Manchester-based #GMYN charity which provides opportunities for young people.
BMS Consulting are an active supporter of the charity, allowing them to continue delivering the great work that they do in the Greater Manchester area. Glenda is currently working on plans for our team to participate in a Coast-to-Coast bike ride later in the year, in support of the #GMYN
Glenda ensures that our business contributes positively to both the environment and local our community.
